2. User Accounts & Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You must not share or transfer your account access to others
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

3. Subscription Plans & Payments

Payment Processing: All subscription fees are billed through Paystack, our authorized payment processor.

Refunds: Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

Plan Changes: Downgrading or canceling your subscription may result in:

  • Loss of access to premium features
  • Reduced storage capacity
  • Limited chat history retention
  • Decreased AI call limits

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use our platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to access, scrape, or reverse engineer our services
  • Upload malicious code or content
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. AI & Data Limitations

AI-Generated Content: Summaries and insights are provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered as professional advice.

Accuracy: While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee the completeness or reliability of AI-generated content.

6. Termination & Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for:

  • Violation of these terms
  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity
  • Extended periods of inactivity
  • Non-payment of fees

7. Limitation of Liability

PaperChat App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

  • Data loss or corruption
  • Service interruptions
  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Third-party content or services

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our platform after changes constitutes acceptance of updated terms. Users will be notified of significant changes.
