Account Creation: To use PaperChat App, a service of Techroo Digital, you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Age Requirement: Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account or have parental consent.

Subscription Options: PaperChat, provided by Techroo Digital, offers various subscription plans with different features and usage limits.

Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely through Paystack. Your payment information is subject to Paystack's privacy policy and terms.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access will continue until the end of your billing period.

Refunds: Refunds are provided at our discretion and in accordance with our refund policy.

You agree not to use PaperChat (Techroo Digital) to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights
• Generate harmful, abusive, or unethical content
• Attempt to reverse engineer or access underlying AI models
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the service
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the service

AI Response Accuracy: While PaperChat (Techroo Digital) strives to provide accurate information, our AI may occasionally produce incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information. Users should verify critical information.

Research Use: Content generated by our AI should not be considered as academic citations or used as sole sources in research papers.

Usage Limitations: Different subscription tiers have different usage limits. Exceeding these limits may result in temporary service restrictions.

PaperChat, a service of Techroo Digital, reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. All provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PaperChat and Techroo Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

We make no warranties about the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of the service for any purpose.
