2. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • You will continue to have access to all features until the end of the billing period
  • No automatic renewals will occur after cancellation
  • No partial refunds will be issued for the unused portion of your subscription

3. Refund Eligibility

We handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Technical issues that severely impact service usability
  • Incorrect charging or billing errors
  • Service unavailability for extended periods
